Fair Haven at The Vineyards is a retreat for events and lodging. We offer three spaces, The Vine (for events), Hunter House and Davis Cottage.
The Vine Rental:
The Vine is a timeless, luxurious space for events with stunning views of vineyards, mountains and ponds. Welcoming sophistication is at its finest here with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for entertaining. With crisp white walls and gold, black and gray accents The Vine provides a beautiful backdrop for weddings, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, and other celebrations. The overall space can accommodate up to 200 guests. Rentals include 20 rectangular tables, 200 acrylic chairs, modern bar area, open event space, restrooms, sound system, catering prep kitchen, parking, and outdoor ceremony and gathering areas, as well as 1 hour access to property for engagement/bridal/groom portraits (limited availability, must schedule in advance) prior to event day.
Hunter House
Hunter House was designed to showcase the beautiful landscape it sits upon. It features floor to ceiling windows in the main living and dining area, which opens to the second story loft. Guests will have grand views of vineyards, mountains and ponds. The front bedroom boasts a front porch perfect for taking in the vineyards. Hunter House has two bedrooms, two baths, modern kitchen, pantry, washer/dryer, upstairs loft, and vanity and bar space and can accommodate six individuals comfortably. It is named after our grandmother, who was the most wonderful hostess to many. We hope her Southern hospitality lives on here and all our guests connect with one another and feel at home. You’ll see an ode to the beautiful hydrangeas that once adorned her farmhouse where she welcomed all every Sunday. Hunter House was thoughtfully designed with bridal parties in mind, but is also a perfect place for wine country or event guests. No weddings allowed here.
Davis Cottage
Tranquil property offers a wide view of our large pond and Mount Magazine in the back, as well as vineyard and mountain views in the front. Davis Cottage was named after another family matriarch, one who always charmingly declared to be “absolutely perfect”, which is exactly how we want our guests to feel! Home has one bedroom, one bathroom, one bunkroom with four beds, modern kitchen, washer and dryer. Can accommodate up to six guests. The living area features a fireplace and large windows to highlight the natural beauty around it. This home was mindfully designed as quarters for grooms, as well as those visiting Arkansas wine country. Like our sweet namesake, we will have a bottle of wine waiting for our age appropriate guests.
